Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) Giving

Giving through a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) offers a strategic and flexible approach to philanthropy. Your contribution qualifies for an immediate tax deduction, and you can recommend grants to The Wooden Floor whenever you are ready. It’s a convenient way to support The Wooden Floor’s mission while maximizing your charitable impact and tax benefits and upholding your commitment to The Wooden Floor’s mission and the impact we have in our community.

Remember to distribute your DAF funds in a timely manner! The National Philanthropic Trust estimates that nearly $229 billion in charitable assets were held undistributed in DAFs as of the end of 2022. It is important to be mindful to not wait too long to consider how much you want to distribute and to which organizations. You can make an impact on the students of The Wooden Floor with your DAF contributions today!
