The evening will raise funds for The Wooden Floor’s award-winning creative youth development programs, inspiring young people through the power of dance and access to higher education. Please join us to keep the promise to these young people, that “from here, you can step anywhere.”

It’s another thrilling, brilliant Chardonnay from this estate.

A different beast, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain is dense and concentrated, with gorgeous crème de cassis, lead pencil, violets, damp earth, and tobacco leaf all emerging from the glass. Full-bodied on the palate, it shows the vintage’s purity, balance, and elegance and is concentrated, has chalky, building tannins, a great mid-palate, and one heck of a finish.

All Grenache that was vinified in tank and brought up in tronconique wooded tank, the 2019 Gigondas Clos Des Tourelles is up there with the top vintages of this cuvée. Roughly 60% destemmed, it has a core of black raspberry fruit as well as lots of ground pepper, spice, violets, and floral notes in its full-bodied, ultra-fine, pure, seamless style.

These aromas are held in tension, creating a crest or halo that radiates from deep inside. You could easily mistake this amazing red Mosel wine for a wine from one of the cooler sites of Chambolle-Musigny, thanks to its combination of great depth and refinement. So many delicate spice and floral notes! Rich and super-silky, this flows very gracefully over the palate and off into the distance. From one of the oldest pinot noir vineyards on the Mosel, planted in 1987.
